Since the cleanroom wall panels are arranged modularly (such as 1200*600). Because of the flexible structure, wall panels in the cleanroom can be adjusted to change the layout of the room. Moreover, if the cleanliness level of cleanroom needs to be adjusted, it is possible by increasing or decreasing the number of FFU. This is almost impossible with AHU systems.

Steady Airflow
FFU is a single unit with a high-quality fan. Unlike AHU, airflow from the fan of FFU is so steady that it helps avoid the air volume imbalance of each air grill.

Energy-saving
FFU system does not require ventilation ducts, except clean air from the duct and a large amount of airflow return in a small cycle, therefore the energy from the air resistance is considerably reduced. Meanwhile, the speed of the air inside FFU is about 0,35 ~ 0,45m/s. The new FFU has a high-efficiency motor, improved fan blade shape, helping improve overall efficiency. It is estimated that the fan filter unit system could save more 30% energy than AHU system, so investing in this equipment will reduce the initial investment cost and save operating costs.
